Since I'd rather not deal with video sites (such as youtube, dailymotion, Veoh etc.), downloading videos posted here becomes a bit more complicated so I'm going to share with you what I do in these situations. There are other ways to do these things and if you know any, disregard any or all of this information. This is for people who don't know.
First, you must use Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Firefox is an internet browser like Internet Explorer or Safari (if you use a mac).
Firefox has these things called "add-ons" and one of these "add-ons" is the DOWNLOAD HELPER.
Once you have downloaded Firefox, you can install this nice little add-on as well as any other Firefox add-on that you wish to install. you can read also read firefox's instructions for the add-on.
Next, you will download a clip or clips (videos) using download helper (again, see firefox's instructions on how to use it). You will have to choose from a list of available vids. Sorry they have some kind of weird codes for file names that I cannot control or change so your gonna have to figure out which ones you want or you can just download them and delete the ones you don't want as none of them will exceed 100MB but most of them probably won't exceed 15MB, but don't quote me on that one. The clips you download will be in .flv format. You can play these kinds of files using the VLC player.

However, if you wanna do something else with the file such as burn it to a disc or put it on a portable device (like a zune or ipod), you're going to have to convert the file to another format.
you can use cinemaforge for this.

For putting it on a portable device I use this nifty program

Now with this information you can actually download and enjoy almost any streaming video on the web as well as the ones you see here. I hope this post will be of help!
